What we do
- Sworn translation of passports, birth and marriage certificates, powers of attorney, title deeds, valuation reports and contracts, into and out of Turkish
- Notary certification of translations
- Interpreting at the land registry (tapu) and at notaries, by an interpreter authorised as TKGM requires
- Explaining which documents need an apostille or consular legalisation
Our team
Muammer Ataç is our sworn Arabic translator. He also interprets at land registry (tapu) signings in Gaziantep for Arabic-speaking buyers and sellers.
What we do not do
We are not a law firm, tax adviser or real-estate agency. We do not sell property, recommend agents or developers, or take commissions from them. For legal checks on a specific property, please use a lawyer and the land registry.

Every guide is based on official sources — mainly the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre (TKGM), Turkish legislation on mevzuat.gov.tr, the Revenue Administration (GİB), the Ministry of Trade and the migration authority (Göç İdaresi). The sources are listed at the end of each page, together with the date it was last reviewed. If a rule has changed, please tell us and we will correct the page.
